Tools For Runners

Here’s a couple of tools that I like to use to help with my running schedule.
- Mapmyrun.com – helps gauge distance you are running or to help you decide new places to run (can also be great if you’re running while on vacation to figure out ahead of time).
- Running For Beginners – about.com provides running schedules for beginners to expert runners. You can even get them to email you your schedule on a weekly basis with daily tips!
